Shipping Policy

At Threaded Atelier, every garment is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and securely using trusted delivery services.

Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Ready-to-Wear (Pre-Made) Items

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Garments

Each bespoke garment is individually handcrafted to your specifications.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your garment to be made before dispatch.
If your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail.

All orders

Tracked delivery including shipping tracking number
Estimated delivery: 1-2 working day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, industrial action or courier delays.

International Shipping

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are generally around 2 weeks from the date of dispatch.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and value of your order.

From time to time, Threaded Atelier may offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders. Any current free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress from dispatch to delivery.

5. International Orders

When ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that:

Delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs procedures.
Import duties, VAT, customs charges and local taxes are not included in your purchase price.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery where applicable.

Unfortunately, Threaded Atelier has no control over customs processing times or additional charges imposed by overseas authorities.

6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your Royal Mail tracking information.

If you require assistance, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Please note:

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been marked as successfully delivered by the chosen courier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost during transit, we will assist you in making a claim with the courier and work towards an appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Threaded Atelier cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend your order before it is dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
